The information available through the Service is a property of Business Information Agency, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We require the buyer to use this information in compliance with any and all applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. Any person violating such laws may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. The service is available only for the number of designated buyers identified in customer order and not be shared with other non-designated buyers or entitles. The buyers may use information within his/her company only, and copying and distributing data obtained from the service to a third party is forbidden.

The Buyer Shall Not

• Use or permit to use of the information for generating any statistical information which is sold, rented, published, furnished in any manner to a third party;
• Use or permit to use of the information to prepare any comparison to other information data bases which is sold, rented, published, furnished or in any manner provided to a third party;
• Use or permit the use of the information in connection with individual credit, employment or insurance applications;
• Use or permit use of the information for compiling, enhancing, verifying, supplementing or deleting from any mailing list or any directory in print, directory on CD-ROM, or other compilation of information whish is sold, rented, published, furnished or in any manner to a third party.

In addition, the buyer shall be limited to a maximum of 30,000 records per calendar month, per account, in the aggregate (i.e. taking into account records downloaded to all designated users under the account).

We do not warrant the comprehensiveness, completeness, or accuracy of its databases, directories in print or the mailing lists. The databases, directories and lists are provided to customer "as is" without guarantee, and we make no express or implied warranties, including without limitation, any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special damages, lost profits or any damages of a similar nature if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The current version of Terms will be posted here.
